Software Licence
This page sets out the general licensing framework for software published by DLJ Software. Product-specific licence terms take priority where they apply.

Product-specific terms
Each product may have its own licence, terms of use or conditions shown on its website or during purchase. Read those terms before installing, accessing or using the product. They describe the licence for that product and prevail over this general page if the terms differ.
This page does not grant access to a product, create a subscription, or set product prices, usage limits, service levels or support commitments.
General permission to use software
Unless a product-specific licence says otherwise, software is made available under a limited permission to use it for its intended purpose and in accordance with the applicable product terms. The permission does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.
Do not copy, adapt, redistribute, reverse engineer or interfere with software except where the applicable licence permits it or the law gives you a right to do so. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Rights in software and materials
Rights in each product, its code, content, name and associated materials belong to the relevant rights-holder. Some materials may be supplied under third-party or open-source licences; those licences continue to apply to their components.
For a question about the terms applying to a particular product, use the contact details on that product's website or email info@dljsoftware.co.uk.
